Three of our trainees took part in an outdoor team day for trainees organised by the Höxter business initiative (WIH). The aim is to retain employees by promoting networking between companies and dialogue among trainees.
The trainees from the participating companies were given various tasks by the employees of Teampark Detmold. Among other things, this included a team rocker, which had to be kept in balance, a Slag line to balance and a rope to swing, as well as many other small challenges. All games had one thing in common - they could only be solved by working as a team.
